Hidden Lake Campground is a family oriented campground. Please become familiar with these rules. Rules are also for your safety and provide enjoyment of the facility for everyone. Thank you.
- Bicycles should not be ridden around the lake, in buildings, or after dark.
- Campfires must be kept small. Bring own wood or buy from the store (when available). Please keep children from playing in campfires. Campfires must be out when retiring or leaving the campsite.
- An adult must accompany children under the age of 7 in the restrooms.
- If you would like a complete set of rules they may be viewed at the Rec Hall or you may obtain a copy by contacting the manager. All the campground rules must be followed. If not, management may ask you to leave without refund.
- Adults will be responsible for any damages their children or guests may do to the campground properties, including the game room.
- Only emergency phone messages will be delivered. Check in the office if you are expecting a phone call.
- Fishing is allowed between dawn and dusk and only past second set of buoys toward the bridge. DO NO FISH IN THE SWIMMING AREA! Bass must be returned to the pond. No minnows for bait.DO NOT CATCH FROGS.
- Stay within campground boundaries. Do not cross fence lines or go beyond “Keep Out” signs. Trespassing on the smaller pond or the surrounding area is strictly prohibited.
- Management must first approve any and all types of landscaping of sites.DO NOT DIG AT YOUR CAMPSITE. ELECTRIC AND WATER LINES ARE BURIED UNDERGROUND. DIGGING COULD BE EXTREMELY DANGEREROUS OR DEADLY!! CALL ‘OUPS’ AT 1-800-362-2764 AND ALLOW AT LEAST TWO WORKING DAYS FOR APPROVAL.
- All motorized cycling in the camp is prohibited unless receiving prior authority from the management.
- One camping unit and one vehicle will be permitted per site. Additional vehicles may be allowed depending on site size.
- Pets are welcomed if restricted to a leash at all times and accompanied by their owners. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Pets are not permitted near the Lake area or in buildings. Clean up after your pet.
- Quiet hour is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced!
- Respect the privacy of others; keep volume down on radios and TV’s. Use road and access walks instead of cutting through campsites. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced.
- Management must first approve sheds and add-ons.
- Speed limits will be enforced – 5 mph from County Road, and throughout the campground.(Violator’s will be keyed out)
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK from 10:00 a.m. to dusk.***NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY*** All children under the age of 18 must be under the direction of an adult at all times while swimming in the lake. Adults are to be in an area of no more than 50 feet radius of the beach area. You may not sit in your camper while watching the children swimming. Please do not bring any glass items to the lake or beach area. Only approved tire inner tubes are allowed in the lake. Paddles or oars are permitted only with the approval of the management. NO ONE is allowed in the water past the second set of buoys – this is the fishing area. No one is allowed in or near the lake area after dark.
- All trash must be placed in tied plastic bags and discarded in dumpster. Dumpster lids should be closed after use. Only campsite refuse may be placed into the dumpster. (No building supplies, Furniture,Automotive parts )
- All visitors must register upon arrival and pay admittance fees. Visitors must park their vehicle in designated parking lots. Visitors must leave the park by 11:00 p.m. or register and pay as overnight guests. Fees will be assessed for a violation. If a second violation occurs, the camper will be given a notice to remove the camper from the campground without refund.
- No washing of vehicles, campers or lawns with hoses without approval.
- Under age drinking will not be tolerated !. If cought you will be ask to leave the park.
- Golf carts must be approved by Management.
Management reserves the right to add, delete, and interpret these rules. Please do not be offended if we remind you of these rules – they are for all of us. Andrew & Sandra Driver, Hidden Lake Campground, or Hidden Lake Campground employees are not responsible for any loss or damage to any visitor or campers property.
